Cubbyholes
of Happiness
A
couple of years ago I purchased a print from one of my favorite
artists and friends, Andew
Swetnam. This particular print was one I'd been drawn to (no
pun intended) for quite a while, but for a reason unknown to me,
had avoided buying. After
I got it home I took it to my favorite framer and had her enhance
the magic of it with one of her gorgeous frames.
It
was when I placed it in my Crystal Room that the weird stuff happened.
I could hear voices coming from it. Nothing coherent. Babbling mostly.
It
freaked me out so I took it out of my sacred Crystal Room and placed
it on the floor against a bookcase in my office. My cat, Jezibel,
discovered it and pawed at the print as if she was trying to get
at something inside of it. Then she went around to the back, looking
for something inside of it again.
I
emailed Andrew and told him of these strange happenings. His reply
was to say that the figures on the print were portals and that there
were beings who wanted to talk to me. Well, that freaked me out
even more!
Finally
one day when I was talking with Andrew about his print again, he
asked me point blank - "What are you afraid of?"
That
was all I needed. It served to motivate me into setting the print
in front of me and opening to receive whatever these beings had
to tell me.
That
was over two years ago. Since then I've found that these beings
call themselves "Omnidimensionals" and they share with
me some amazing information. Often, when I've received some information
from them about something I've never heard of I'll Google it and
find that, yes indeed, it actually does exist. I've managed to find
the time to communicate with them at least once a month and am always
surprised and delighted at what they have to say. Several times
I've sent their channelings to The Sedona Journal of Emergence and
the editors and publisher of that extraordinary magazine have seen
fit to publish these communiqués.
Recently
I did something new: I asked for specific information. I wanted
advice about an issue I was currently experiencing with some people.
All of their information was appropriate to the issue and very helpful.
One thing they said stood out from all the rest, though. It was
this:
Mostly
your lessons revolve around the good within yourself that you
don't recognize. It is time for you to recognize the love you
have within you and to bring it out.
Enough
of the fear side of you. Look within to find those little cubby
holes where you stash your good feelings. Those are the places
of love. As you connect with them, your perspective of what is
going on around you on the outside will change to love instead
of fear. Happiness instead of anger. Appreciation instead of resentment.
Gratitude instead of disgust.
So
I did what they said... I looked inside myself for the Cubby Holes
of Happiness regarding the subject of the issue. Some of what I
found was:
- joy
that comes with helping others to find abilities they didn't know
they had within themselves
- satisfaction
in the quality and the quantity of knowledge and wisdom I've gained
this short lifetime
- delight
at my abilities to impart my knowledge to others so as to
help them ease their journey and to enjoy it more
This
is what I've been looking for as the answer to my question about
how, exactly, do I raise my vibration when I'm in the pits of an
emotional and mental low? This method is perfect for that exact
thing!
It's
so simple. All I have to do is to look for the Cubby Holes of Happiness
within myself and an amazing transformation takes place.
You,
too, have Cubby Holes of Happiness inside of you. They're just waiting
for you to rediscover them so they can aid you in raising your vibration.
And as we all know, when you raise your vibration you attract to
you things of higher vibration. The good stuff. Higher vibrational
people. More beauty. Greater fun.
It's
the Law of Attraction and it's always at work. So make it work for
you to your advantage. Find your Cubby Holes of Happiness and raise
your vibration. Then watch as the good stuff starts to come to you.
Love,
Kathy

Book
o' the Month
Books
have always been an important part of my life. Because
I love books so much, I want to share with you those that especially
excite me. Here is this month's selection...
The
Emotion Code
by Dr. Bradley Nelson
Future Medicine. That's the first words on the front of this
book. Although it says "FUTURE medicine", the reality
is that we can use this forward-leaning healing modality now, thanks
to Dr. Nelson.
The
Emotion Code is a deceptively simple and extremely powerful
method to remove trapped emotions that reside within your body...
emotions that are causing you pain, disease, illness, relationship
problems, and more.
Not
every emotion you feel becomes trapped within your body. However,
emotions such as anger, frustration, guilt, confusion, and others
will become trapped when they're repeated OR when the emotion is
strongly felt.
Traumatic
events often generate such strong emotions that we're unable to
process them fully. Emotions from repeated situations, such as abuse
or bullying, build up over time. These emotions then become trapped
in the body.
Emotions
are especially prone to becoming trapped in the body when they're
not released. Anger that's stifled, frustration that isn't resolved,
guilt that's never been assuaged... these and more become trapped
in the body.
Negative
emotions like these have a low vibrational frequency. Over
time their low frequency entrains the body parts near them, lowering
the frequency of the formerly healthy, higher-vibrating body parts.
The frequency of disease is always lower than that of the healthy
body, which ranges from 62 hz to 78 hz. Colds, for example, have
a frequency of 58hz. When lower vibrational emotions cause the frequency
for a normally healthy body to lower, the door is opened for cold
viruses to invade the body.
The
Emotion Code process releases trapped emotions from the body
within a few minutes. Often results are experienced immediately.
When I do the process, usually I feel lighter immediately afterward.
Often, if the issue I've been working on is pain-related, the pain
is instantly relieved. The
process of The Emotion Code has become one of my top favorite
methods for healing.

Symbol
of the Month
Harmony
From
the book
Zibu,
The Power of Angelic Symbology by Debbie Z.
Follow
the energy of this symbol, either with your eyes or by drawing it
with pen or color crayon on paper. Although there are no directions
on where to start, I like to begin at the bottom and follow the
energy of it as it moves from one side to the other, seeming to
balance between Yin and Yang. Then I follow it upward as the energy
rises into perfect Harmony.
Suggested
uses:
- Draw
the symbol over your heart with a pen, body paints, or henna tattoo.
- Using
a colored felt pen or paint, draw the symbol on paper and hang
it on your wall in an area of your home or office that could use
the energy of Harmony.
- Place
the image on your Treasure Map to bring more Harmony into your
life.
I
invite you to play with this beautiful symbol and discover what
it has to offer you.
