Menopause
Testimonials
Estro,
Clary Sage and Mister is what I use. I read somewhere that Estro
is the one for hysterectomy, as I have had one many years ago also.
I have found that Mister really does help with the hot flashes.
I know not much is said in the EODR but it sure works for me. Hope
this helps.

You
sound like my own history! I've done exactly the same and had the
same unpleasant results! That is until I started using CortiStop.
I also take ImmuPro so it may be the combination, but after 2 months
the flashes are down to a bare minimum, maybe one mild one in the
middle of the night and one or 2 mild ones during the day. They
pass quickly and I don't perspire at all. Just feel warmish.

I
have a friend who had intense hot flashes and had used ever so many
natural health care products and did not get relief. Then I had
her try the PD 80/20 along with Sage Oil (in a capsule) and EndoFlex
around her ankles. My friend got major relief within a couple weeks
and is very grateful for these products! A couple months ago she
told me that she cannot remember when she had the last hot flash!
If you want more specific instructions on how she used the products,
you can e-mail me privately and I will give you her info. Hope this
helps!

I
used EndoFlex to help with what I thought was hot flashes. As soon
as I felt one coming on, I covered the top of the bottle with my
thumb to just get "some" oil and touched the roof of my mouth. You
don't need much, because it's not the best tasting stuff. It really
helped.

Prenolone
is the name of a YLEO product made from pregnenolone. It contains
some progesterone. EndoBalance is made from pregnenolone also and
has more progesterone in it. I use Prenolone Plus in the mornings
and EndoBalance in the evenings. This combination helps control/eliminate
most of the problems you mentioned associated with menopause for
me. If I am faithful to use the products, I rarely have the hot
flashes and I had them very, very badly for 2 years before these
products came out. Joy Oil and citrus oils - Lemon, Orange, Tangerine,
etc help with lifting the spirits and keeping us from going "down".

Here
is another thought. Could you be in pre-menopause? I don't know
your age, but it can start in women in their 30's. Dr. Lee has a
book What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Pre-Menopause that
discusses this in great detail. I have had situations like that
and sometimes I just skip the period altogether and sometimes it
does come. I found that Myrrh on the base of my throat really helps
balance out this for me.

I
started freezing in my late thirties and froze for eight years before
I found out for me it was caused by hormone imbalance from peri-menopause.
I froze for a few more years before I found out how to balance my
hormones. The EODR lists many options under menopause and premenstrual
syndrome. I'm currently using FemiGen, Ylang Ylang and Endo Flex.
For circulation problems, which can cause or contribute to the shivers,
I've used Cypress, En-R-Gee and also take JuvaTone.

The
combination of Mister and the FemiGen and PD 80/20 supplements has
really helped me with my night sweats. I noticed the difference
the same night I started taking them. Now I can sleep through the
night without waking up or kicking the covers off.

I
have found that Endoflex 3-6 drops under the tongue at night, a
drop of Endo-flex and Myrtle on the thyroid and under each big toe
on the thyroid reflex point along with the thyromin helps to balance
the thyroid. For the hot flashes, I use the endobalance & prenenolone
cream, but I also apply at night a few drops of sage and fennel
around the ankle bone area and geranium around the breast area and
no eat foods high in sugar.

Even
though I used Endoflex on the thyroid, thymus, over the liver and
adrenals, I agree with you that Endoflex was an enormous help! My
body was flip-flopping back and forth all day and night long a year
ago...making me extremely distressed and wondering what the hey
was going on. Finally, I had to take a leave of absence from Student
Teaching last year because I was falling asleep at the wheel up
to 4 times on the way home everyday! Turns out that there was more
than mere menopause going on. I had near complete exhaustion of
the adrenals, which (if I remember correctly) control your body's
"thermostat". If your thyroid and adrenals are out of whack at all,
that can really mess up a body that is fighting with hormonal changes!
Once
I got significant oils therapy for the hormones, the hot flashes
stopped within several days. ( I used Endoflex and Frankincense
to get my brain tuned in to what was going on, AND started on Prenonolone+DHEA
cream.) Was also started on Vit. B-12 shots and Folinic Acid (not
Folic Acid, which assimilates differently.) Apparently, there is
a real problem with Vit. B-12/Folic Acid deficiency in the U.S.
nowdays, due to excess stress and excess toxins... Although I am
not nearly as consistent with all of that "treatment" right now,
I have not had any further hot flash problems! :-)
