Each session begins by creating a sacred space to open and enhance our connection to a Higher Source of wisdom. We may do a short guided meditation or visualization, or we may share an inspirational thought or poem. We may use aromatic, therapeutic essential oils that are specially blended and have healing properties appropriate to the purpose. However we choose to create it, the sacred space invites connection to God, Spirit, the Universe, Angels, Spirit Guides, or whatever you wish to call Divine Guidance.
