The New Energy Because Triality is of a new energy - new to you - it is difficult to explain it to you. It is like trying to describe colors to a man who has been blind all his life. The energy of Triality is soothing, as opposed to the energy of polarity. In polarity you are constantly being pulled one way or the other. In the energy of Triality you just are. It is all one - all that is available to you in the Third Dimension as you call it. There are other realities that exist and which consist of many energies beyond those which you know. We cannot even begin to describe them to you or to give you visions of them. The energy in which you now exist is very basic to all living things on your planet. As you step up to the higher frequencies you will take with you what you have experienced, learned, and now know. This knowledge will help you to stay grounded, as you say, and will ease you into the experiences of the new energies. This is what Triality is all about. It is a new energy for you to experience in order to assist you as you move into the new frequencies. We cannot say "higher frequencies" because it's not that they are of a higher frequency, but are instead of a different type of frequency. It is one of the aspects of the next reality which you are going to be in soon. So how do we explain Triality to you. This is the challenge. We can tell you that one of the things you will experience when you are in or are near to experiencing Triality is that you will feel strangely complete and whole. It is a similar experience to the one in which you suddenly feel happy for no reason that you can explain. You will find yourself not wanting. Instead, you will feel as if you have and are everything you ever wanted to have and be. This may come as small momentary flashes in the beginning. At first it will be like a strange flash of energy. You will suddenly feel a momentary flash of a new sensation, one of completeness and lack of wanting. Satisfaction and ease will suddenly wash over you for no reason that you're aware of. You'll look around to see what could possibly be the cause but there is nothing. That is how you will begin to know the energy of Triality. As it occurs more and more often and lasts for longer periods of time, you are then being prepared to live in this new and higher frequency. It is the next step in your evolution. As you become more familiar with this sensation, the moments will become longer and more frequent. There is nothing you need do aside from noticing them. Paying attention to the sensation will encourage your awareness to notice it more often and more easily. And thus you will build upon your awareness and will be moving into the energy of Triality more often and for longer periods of time. Know that this is of great benefit to you and your kind. It will change how you live with all around you. Because there will be no longer polarity, there can then no longer be such as wars. This is only one of the many benefits of living in the energy if Triality. We think this is enough for now.
